I'm a big fan of the Zelda series.
Ocarina of Time (1998) brought Zelda into 3D and is probably the most acclaimed game of all time. I think it's also the best Zelda of all time and not because of nostalgia (I first played this game in 2007).
It was paced very well, great concept and level design. And was devoid of significant flaws, unlike most Zelda games.
Majora's Mask (2000) had a genius concept of having only 3 days to complete it and warping through time. While I enjoyed the concept, my ADHD found it annoying. It only had 4 temples, it was mostly a side quest game, but it was quality.
Wind Waker (2003) had a great art style. Some people called it childish, but 10 years later, this game still looks just as good as it did back then (whereas all the "realistic" games from that era look like blurry peices of shit now). The level design was a bit too simple for my tastes, but simplicity was part of it's charm.
Twilight Princess (2006) was great for it's time. It's starting to show it's age now, but it had the largest world in the series and the largest most complex temples. It's probably the most darkest and mature title of the series. A lot of people bash it, but I like it.
Skyward Sword (2011) was the most ambitious Zelda game of all time, but also the most flawed one. Best combat, controls, story, cinematics, art style, but it It was 45 hours long, and 15 hours of it was just tedious repetitive quests. If they had cut down on the filler and fluff, it would have beaten Ocarina in my opinion.
