-I'll take any new characters (no clones though), yet I don't want to lose anymore characters (I want as much as much as possible).

-Alt. Costumes would be fantastic. It worked for Wario.

-If they could make the Stage builder better, I'd totally be down.

-I loved the campaign thing they had going on. I'd like more of that as long as they also kept in the standard 'arcade mode' as well.

-Reliable online multiplayer as well as maybe some innovative game modes like other fighting games do (King of The Hill, Viewing fights, Tournaments, etc.).

I'm generally not into fighting games, but I always loved the smash series.

My suggestions:

- Make the gameplay faster than Brawl, but slower than Melee
- Keep the stage builder but add a lot more depth to it (the stagebuilder in Brawl was awful)
- Allow co-operative play online (against random people)
- Alt costumes are nice
- Character suggestions: Wind Waker Ganondorf
- Add a Pro Mode 1 vs. 1 online with a ranking system, no items (just balanced stages with 4 lives)
- Make a promise to Nintendo fans to release patches (nintendo could have nerfed metaknight and buffed low tier characters)

And lastly, make the single campaign better. Subspace in Brawl had good cutscenes, but it was a chore to play through. Especially near the end where you had to go back and re-do the darker version of all the levels. It just felt like padding to make it seem artificially longer than it was.

i agree. level editing would have infinitely increased the replay value if done right.

but having only 3 backgrounds is a joke (ssb4 should have like 50).

and plenty of hazards and traps too. different block designs, etc.

Why would you want them to take the stage builder out? It's a great option to have even though it wasnt that great. No point in completely removing it.

More room for better features is the way i see it, but you both make good points.

the whole 2 Foxes with only minor changes but they still count as separate characters is bullshit. they could do like the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series and have different versions of a character with different abilities.

you know, it would be sweet to be a koopa in the game. they could make the attacks revolve around the different ones. like the double jump would sprout wings for a sec like a paratroopa for a boost. and B can be a ranged hammer throw like the Hammer Bros.

i feel like they should pay homage to the fact that Final Fantasy use to be Nintendo before playstation got it. maybe put in one of the 4 main classes you always got to choose from. Or they can take from Final Fantasy 4 (4 for the DS, dunno which it originally was) and pick a specific character.
