With the Simpsons everythings already been done. The jokes don't seem fresh anymore, and its altogether less funny these days. Seasons 3-7 were awesome though, so I'd go with the Simpsons.
I prefer Family Guy to both of them though.

the simpsons .... i've watched that 4ever ... and family guy is ok ... i gotta admit i watch it alot (but thats a secret *shhhhh* lol) i like em both
