Who would you cast in... Godfather Remake

First off this movie should never be remade. But hypothetically who would you cast if you were assigned to remake this classic?

I really don't have many people in mind that could pull it off. Maybe Johnny Depp could fit in somewhere. Al Pacino could probably play Don Corleon since he's in that age range now.

Anyway, who would you cast?
