rakim's performance was dope tho. he was just doing what he does best, and that was rap. and i think he dropped some new song or verse in the middle of the performance. i coulda swore i heard a line about dre and "not working out"

I saw it up to cubes part as well,...rakim put it down! He will always be the best lyricist...my dad was singing every word, it was funny to me...but yeah did anyone notice ice t was acting weird i dunno maybe it's just me lol

i never said he bit off any lyrics... during the middle of his performance, capri started saying "this is the exclusive!" , and then i heard ra say some line about working with dre and how that didn't work out... so i thought it was a new song / verse or whatever.

it was only 2 hours... so chea, i say it was worth it.

i think the first show was the best tho. all the honorees were really into it, rapping along and whatnot.
