this is a media manager, way better than itunes, plus your ipod shows up in it like itunes so u can easily listen to your music, make playlists, cds, convert media, get album art, song titles, so far i know it doesnt play .mp4a format but you can get a free download somewhere for that (i use Free MP3 WMA converter)
