Ramos barely touched him. This was not a foul.

He is hitting his knee, that makes him fall... that is a foul.

I don't care about that (I've probably said this the last few matches). I am just tired of seeing Barca struggling a lot lately. Not only against this team... overall it has been a little bad, especially the goddamn defence. This season Barca have gotten so many goals against them. Last time this happened was in 1980 or something, I don't remember the exact year.

I don't want to enter in a fight here about who is more racist. But as the only Spanish here, I think I can speak with more knowingly.

Madrid fans are the most racist of all the Spanish teams, anyone has heard about ultra sur? There are even neonazis there.

Barça fans are quiet in general, This doesn't mean that things happens every now and then, like in any team.

And I repeat despite me supporting Barça, I don't hate Real Madrid. But what it is, it is. And congratulations to Revo for yesterday.

About the other thing going on , about the refs helping barça, of course, as well as the Spanish national team, before every game we give candy to the refs, that's how we got all the titles...come on...

There are things that are hard to understand if you are not Spanish. In Spain in general, like in some other neighbours countries, there is a relation love- hate with Portugal. So some people gonna use that to insult. (something that I don't defend at all). But in general, barça fans are very quiet. Maybe because more hardcore barça supporters are in Catalonya, and catalans are very calm people.

If you want an example of how calmed they are, Catalonya wants the independence of Spain (something that again I don't defend) but they ask for it in a very calm way. Without riots.

About the other thing about the players. I guess you can tell most of Barça players are from catalonya, so are the coachs. They need some big star like Messi, but in general most of the people are from Catalonya, that's why. They like to keep the things "at home".

^ It didn't start 7 years ago, because the one that is speaking to you have an age and I remember . But if we look back to for example 1991, they had Cruyf as a coach, but because back then there was no good options in Catalonya.

They always tried to have as much catalans players as possible, but in other times there was not many, and of course they have to be catalans but also good players. These days is much more easy to find them.

@Revolutionary, No worry, I do not care if they are catalans or not. I'm not even from Catalonya. But I say what the team like. By the way I will be in Madrid next monday, should I visit Santiago Bernabeu? :-p

The catalans are :

Valdés
Piqué
Fábregas
Puyol
Xavi Hernández
Marc Bartra
Busquets
Jordi Alba
Matín Montoya

So is Tito Vilanova and so was Guardiola. Not sure if I miss someone. Like I said they like to keep things at home as much as they can. No other big spanish team has so many players from the region.

@Lello, oh yes, forgot about them. I think in Bilbao all of them are from País Vasco. There is a bit of politics there too....You guys know a lot of Spanish teams.

Oh, btw Rev, I don't mean chants like "puta" or other type of swearing against the teams. The chants against Dani Alves were racist, they made monkey noices and such, and that happens every game.

They also always yell that Messi is a midget.

I respect Bilbao for that. Basque-only policy is pretty good for the region.

haha latin temper, baby. :smoking:

We are the antithesis of the Germans, for example. They are cold, rational...we just loose our minds every now and then...
