Who are your top five favourite managers?

Sir Alex Ferguson is my all time favorite one... His longevity as a top manager was second to none.
At certain periods of time I've supported & have been impressed by Fabio Capello & Luciano Spalletti as well.

On another note I think Barca are gonna struggle with Luis Enrique managing them but I'm glad Messi started the season on a high anyway.

Ludogorets vs. Steaua Bucuresti was fucking crazy. Ludogorets goalie was sent off in the 119th minute of the extra time so one of the defenders put on gloves & took over 'cuz they had already made all their substitutions. He prevented a goal in the remaining playing time & saved two penalties in the shootout to qualify his team for the CL group stages.

On another note Seria A starts this weekend... I can't fucking wait. Roma vs. Fiorentina on Saturday night!

Alonso to Bayern
I hope his move was to make space for a player or two, our bench doesn't too good now.

Alonso has been one of the most important players of Real for a while now & It would definitely be a challenge to replace him but such changes are inevitable.
I actually thought about Alonso leaving right after Real announced they've signed Tony Kroos.
It's at least good Khedira has decided to stay 'cuz replacing Di Maria & Alonso is difficult enough to deal with.

Khedira is the worst player of all time, he's useless and will go to Bayern for free next year (since his contract expires summer 2015 and has already told the club he won't be signing a new one).

Khedira is actually a very good player & has had great games for Real to be honest... I understand why you think he's useless though.

On another note congrats to Calandre & Charlotte for Athletic brushing aside Napoli.

@Guess_Who...what's weird is that he signed with a club that plays with the same rhythm and intensity and same amount of competitions. Like, he didn't sign to a spanish club or a lesser known english club, he signed with one of the biggest clubs at the moment.
On one hand, i'm happy that he will end his career on a high note and would have Real Madrid, Liverpool and Bayern Munich in his resume. But on the other hand I wanted him to end it at RM.

I think it has to do with Toni Cross being now in the club. I guess he rather prefers to play in Bayern than being the second option in Real Madrid.

Is not a money thing, he will earn less in Bayern.

He is a great player, he won everything already. I hope he will have a good end of his career.

I read about that in the Italian press like a week ago or so.

According to The Times, Chelsea will offer Fernando Torres to Roma in exchange for Tottenham target Mattia Destro.
It had already been reported in Italian media that Roma directors Walter Sabatini and Mauro Baldissoni had travelled to London, as they were pictured getting on to the flight in Rome.
Thursday’s edition of The Times claims this trip was for talks with Chelsea over Destro, who has been heavily linked with Spurs.
They could even include Spanish striker Torres as part of the move, ending his often troubled time at Stamford Bridge.
Torres, who cost £50m from Liverpool in 2011, would join Roma on loan to help lower Destro’s £20m price-tag.
However, the Giallorossi would require Chelsea to pay some of Torres’ wages, which are currently £180,000 per week.

Wtf?

Roma is from the teams that can't compete with the big teams money wise so I'm used to losing good players. Destro is a very young & promising player who definitely has bright future ahead. He's not great on the ball & misses good chances but his positioning, work rate & stats are always good. On top of it he's a team player & a humble & respectful dude.
Every Roma fan is gonna miss him to be honest.
