To be honest, I didn't really want Hiddink to come. I mean, he might've done well like he did with Chelsea, but he has too much bad blood with Italy (Korea 2002, Australia 2006). I would've preferred Trappatoni or Rafa Benitez to come. Even Marcello Lippi might come after this World Cup, and I seriously hope he does.

danm you really prefer benitez above hiddink :o

Arsenal 1 - Man United 3 :smoking:
Image

33 GOAL UNITED - Almunia (og)
Great skill from Nani as he skips past two men. He gets to the dead-ball line and hangs up a cross. It loops over Almunia, who can only touch the ball into into his own net.
Image

37 Goal United - RooneyUnited counter, with Rooney feeding Nani. He carries the ball half the length of the field, before returning the favour to his striker. Rooney then strokes the ball past Almunia into the bottom corner. United stun the Gunners with two in five minutes!
Image100th premier league goal :worship:

52 Goal United - ParkLovely football from United sends Park scampering into space. He carries the ball forwards, with men in support, before calmly slotting under Almunia. Arsenal ripped wide open. Should be game over.
Image

80 Goal Arsenal - Vermalen.United caught napping at a free-kick. Nasri's cross is only half-cleared and Vermaelen's acrobatic volley flicks off Evans and into the back of the net.
(No pic) yet...

arshavin did nothing all game? he could've scored twice in the first 10 minutes but fortunately for united he finished poorly both times. and both teams were poor in the second half. first half was a good watch.

i thought arshavin had quite a decent game, same for fabregas 'cause they hardly lost the ball. united could only score on the counter attack anyway which is not that difficult once it's taking place. and nani's goal was a bit of a fluke, the g/k should've fisted that out definitely. i think the scoreline didn't fairly reflect the game.

chelsea are going to win the league though, no doubt.

i just had a read through some earlier comments and saw that someone actually thinks that the italian league is better than the premier league. that's the biggest load of dross i have ever heard. to whoever it was who said that, you made some very bad points.

you said that the lower sides of the english league don't stand a chance against the higher sides. oh really? i suggest you look at some of the results this season so far and then maybe you'll refrain from being so ignorant next time. teams like fulham have beaten liverpool and man united, teams like wigan have beaten chelsea. portsmouth beat liverpool recently, man united have lost to burnley, and many more similar results have taken place. sorry lad but that statement you made is complete and utter tripe.

the italian league is for fucking pussy's seriously. every 5 seconds someone has dived and started rolling around on the floor for two minutes. the italian league is so fucking slow and boring to watch, it's obviously a more tactical game. the english league is fast, powerful and brutal and your comment saying that the italians have better defenders, lmao .. that's only because the strikers up there are not as good, which is making your defenders look better! english teams more often than not, knock out the italians in the champions league with ease.

please refrain from making such stupid comments, you clearly know nothing about football.
