I don't think so.

5-1! Hat-trick for Lampard, what a goal.

Did they? Sturridge didn't even celebrate properly when he scored, they should show him some respect. He did well for them also.

I agree, Lampard has shown critics he still has it. Good for him. :y:

Chelsea are definitely favourites to finish 3rd.

They are no match for the Manchester clubs though.

It's pretty clear the top 2 will finish miles above everyone else. :coffee:

If you say so mate. You keep City on that pedestal when they have been absolute pants outside of England. I don't care if it's their first time in the Champions League, with this ridiculous rating of them surely they should bury Napoli at home? I believe you also said City on paper are third only to Barca and Madrid?

No doubt the team is awesome, but don't be ignorant and discard Chelsea from the title race. They have been getting better each and every game, giving the Manchester clubs more of a reason to recongise we're still here. If that was you who beat Bolton 5-1, I bet you would have called City the best team in England.

Bolton are bottom of the league for a reason. It's a good result, true. But I just don't think Chelsea are as strong as City and United and you've looked shaky so far. I'm not discarding you from the race but I don't see much danger at the moment. Could all change.

Yo, Ramsy is an awful player... ok, back to earth... was an awful player today. The goal doesnt distract me, his passing was abysmal. Great work by Spurs and incredible speed by Bale (left 2 guys in the dirt!)

I was super impressed with Bale today. Honestly, the dude is such a talent. He has pace, technique, creativity.. a fantastic player.

Lello wrote:another thing that worries me, is that even now with this current stadium capacity, we don't have a full house, what assures us that fans will fill the new stadium? and the chelsea fans are already kinda known to be quiet more often then chanting during games, this might kill the atmosphere

(or Am I underestimating the number of chelsea fans?)

I can't judge from TV, but from what I see, It's usually the opposing side that has the louder fans even if they are not doing great, but I have to be at a game to judge

When I was at a game we were the dominant voice. We are always the dominant voice at home at you'd expect anyway.

I need to go to another game! Only problem is most of my mates either have no interest in football or support a different team! :(

Nice one mate. Hopefully I'll be able to get a mate to pop along to a Chelsea game. I suppose I could always suggest Chelsea vs their team if they don't mind setting along side me in the Chelsea stands haha.
