No.. If C.Ronaldo waited the end of a game and kicked Messi's ass because Messi slapped him, I would have said it was deserved.

That's why my only regret about the Zidane/Materazzi thing is that Zidane headbutted him on the pitch and didn't wait until the game was over to beat his ass.

C. Ronaldo

Lol @ Mourinho blaming Barca in the press conference. "They always get one day extra to relax". Shut the fuck up, you always say that. Ever since he came to RM his only agenda has been to talk shit about Barca, and always blame the referee whenever a match goes bad (generally... just like the RM fans do all the fucking time).

It's like since he was rejected of becoming Barca's manager in 2008, he has grown a hatred against them. That has clearly affected the players, because since he arrived, it has been more tension and almost-violence from the RM-players in El Clasico's.

Everyone remembers Ramos hitting Xavi and then pushing Puyol. Everyone knows Pepe and his actions. What about Mourinho sticking his finger in Tito's eye ON PURPOSE! Plus don't even get me started on all these harsh tackles RM-players does every El Clasico... even the one last wednesday, where their goal is to hurt Messi.

Mourinho and his behaviour since he came to Real Madrid is a shame for football.

And now, the latest thing is that they are actually trying to destroy Messi's image by putting out rumours here and there. Callejon (or someone else, I don't remember) said that Messi waited at the parking lot for one hour and 30 minutes... It makes no sense, because Barca's bus left after only 45 minutes! The press has been told to say ugly things about Messi. It is obviously a lot of corruption there, everyone knows the power Real Madrid has. Everyone knows the anti-Barca newspapers. The radiostation (I think it was) that first reported the Messi incident is anti-Barca. I don't remember its name atm.

And even if Messi did confront Arbeloa (who deserved a red card last wednesday), all he said was "idiot". Big fucking deal.
What about Zidane's headbutt DURING a game? That's even worse, but every Real Madrid fan (and other footballfans) loves him.
Zidane is my favourite player of all time, btw, so I am not a hater.

Nobody mentions all the racist chants Dani Alves and Messi always face when meeting Real Madrid. Their fans should be ashamed for saying racist things, making monkey noices and such.

Sorry Menzo, I know you hate this.

And Rev, you don't need to respond, because I will not respond to you if you do. There is no point in that.

And just so you know, I am cool with you and think you're a great guy in general (and in other sections), but in this subject, you piss me off, lmao... and I piss you off.

I was with my friends yesterday during the game, and some of the them are Real Madrid fans. Everybody was dissapointed with the team. So I guess it's Revo.

I think Granada will always be grateful to Cristiano. Not even in their best dreams I guess they expected that...

@Revo, not going to enter in the other things you said.

But believe me, no news or journalists in general here are with Barça, they are often with Madrid. Just by the fact that Madrid is the capital of Spain and they are in Madrid.

You mean El mundo deportivo. El mundo is another thing, is a serious newspaper about politics, news, etc.

El mundo deportivo is about F.C barcelona, football and basketball. Obviously they support the team and they don't hide it. Is for fans only.

believe it or not , yes. They are Madridistas. They are against Mou. They want him to leave. You can be Madridista and against Mou, and Sara Carbonero (Casillas Girlfriend) confirmed everything Marca said.

I hope Mourinho leaves. Just come back to Chelsea where you're loved. Benitez has done nothing to benefit this club, he's an awful manager. He supposed to be a "tactician", right? I've seen very little evidence to warrant that title. What manager makes a like for like change at left back when your team is chasing a goal? I can't wait to have Hazard, Mikel and Moses all available for selection. We need Mikel back in CDM, and Hazard back on the wing rotating with Mata, Oscar/Moses.

I'm starting to fear that we will finish outside of the top 4.

Very true. Even more so for Torres, he barely gets any positive press in the UK. Considering he's on £175k a week, I can't see us selling him any time soon.

Damn you, Team USA. 0-0 draw against Canada of all teams? :shifty:

Speaking of the racist chants, I don't know why the UEFA contines to put up that that crap.

Menzo wrote:Do you guys think anyone can stop Spain? I'm kind of scared, I don't see them slowing down. Although...I don't think they're midfield or defense is as strong as it was.

What's happened to their midfield? It's still easily the best midfield in world football. I think the right back position is the main issue in their defence, but now Azpilicueta has been called up, they have strengthened that position. He's been great for Chelsea this season. The only position Spain appear to be weak in is up top. Since Torres/Villa have declined (the former into almost uselessness), they haven't really had a spearhead striker.

As Rollefsen pointed out, I think Germany and Brazil are capable of beating Spain. Both have great young squads.
