Well first of all I use Protein' Shakes n' Vitamin's ...
Yo it's very important 2 use vitamins !
I eat like : 5 - 6 times a day... healthy food like :chicken,fish,white meat etc...
(I eat those meals in the same time every day)
I never drink SODA'S or ALCOHOL, or smoke CIGARETTES etc...
