yo man I was wondering post what you all bench. If you all bench of course. I'm a beginner man I bench 100 lbs.

I started last November...

I should say i'm a beginner' too

But I work-out every day like a mothafucka...

220lbs. ?/

damn man had you worked prior to that???? Because I started this past December and I started with 50 lbs. and now i'm up to 100 well this week I will go up to 105 lbs. and I'm on 30 lbs. for biceps. what r u doing man.

tell u what I use and do:
Well first of all I use Protein' Shakes n' Vitamin's ...
Yo it's very important 2 use vitamins !
I eat like : 5 - 6 times a day... healthy food like :chicken,fish,white meat etc...
(I eat those meals in the same time every day)
I never drink SODA'S or ALCOHOL, or smoke CIGARETTES etc...
I'm a nice guy gaghhgahgahg :x ...

Aighttt... and don't worry how much u bench now, just work-out every fuckin day coz that's how u'll get big

oh thanks man. yea I will continue to workout everyday and I drink 2 protein shakes everyday. 105 lbs. ain't that bad though.

Ive been doing it for about 3 yrs and i can put up about 225. I am feelin good about that cuz i weigh about a buck fifty. Eat right and train ur ass off man....best advice i could give yo

hey folks, i heard sum1 saying if u wanna get big u shud work out everyday,
man that bullshit, work out every other day, to give yr muscles time to progress and grow, and therefore making u stronger and bigger 8)

for my biceps i curl 20 kg (44lb)
and i bench 85 kg 4 3 sets of six (187 lbs) and I can do 100kg for 1 rep (220 lb)

progress shud b fast at first and then ull slow dwn, eat plenty of protein nd shit lk that (chicken fish, e.t.c) and protein shakes help as well

i bench 125 and squat 300. my uncle is a world champ powerlifter. holds the squatting world record. 915 lbs
