dedlift - 150 (kg)
bench - 100
clean - 90
clean n jerk - 85
military press - 67.5
arm culrl - 50

for single reps

man, thats a gd effort dude, i need 2 do lower body lol, i just do upper body atm, but i can bench press 135 kg, and shoulders press 65kg

do u take any supplements dude?

nah no supplements - ur bench is massive - jus eat reasonably healthy me

ah thats kool, i try 2 eat gd and have a protein shake after training
but my lower body is kinda crappy lol, need 2 do sum deadlifts and squats!

U wanna build lower body, get an excersize ball, ill send you some excersises i had to do when i tore my knee, my legs are ripped now after doing the excersises. (I continued to do them after my knee was healed)

yo clarky I can desigm u a trainin plan if u want - n neone else can help edit it if they feel its necessary - u need to say wht ur tyin to improve bro,
like are u trin to get bigge/stronger/fitter/improve stamina
an also say which sports u do atm n wht sort of intensity/effort you wana to put in to trainin. n den il get bak wid wht i fink, my adivise is if u dnt knw urself wht u want atm - is to jus go for overall strenth, fitness n stamina which i can design a trainin programme for for u! newy get bak at me bro!!

What weight class you two in? (mc cubz and Knicky) Whats your body weight?

mc cubes, i would guess at around 75 kg bodyweight (165 lb)

Kinky, im guessing around 90 kg (200 lb) if you can bench 135kg.

Oh also, are the bench etc weights freeweight or machines?

At the moment, I can bench 92.5 kg, militery press 57.5 kg, bicep curl about 45kg at a push (prefer to go lighter + keep form, so stick around 30 @ 10-12 reps) and I weigh 67kg (148 lb)

I weigh 81kg all my weights are free weights bcos da machines can really assist you I feel.

Ive hit the limit of my body weight, if I wana lift heavier, then I have too put weight on.
