its really nuthin much.. alls u did was get 2 renders lowered opacity then put scan lines.. and added a b/g that was premade.... o yeah and text that was lowered in opacity..

needs a border.. and maybe you should download a few plug ins..

Damn Lil' Pimp. U work with Plugins, i'm not. 100 % pure.
About the sig, lower the opacity of the scanlines, take an other font and blend in the render. But thhat render in the background is good, also nice brushing.

The tips are not to do any of the shit I highlighted. Go check out some graphics forums and check some of the tutus they have on those sites.
