my opinion is: The colours are fantastic !!!
the black and whit pic is oke and i think that the 'Eminem' word may somthing bigger

to make it better, lose the shadow used on the Em pic and put some lighting effects on it and some blends. Umm... try using another font for the text...

you shud be sorted...

dont like the green. the eminem pic make it blend with the colours. change the font, and yeh use sum lighting effetcs of eminem face. but yeh it's cool for ur first one.
