Big Boss has constipation

Once the chairman of a very big company got constipation.His secretary (who couldn't speak english very well) went to the doctor & said,"Doctor, Doctor! Big Boss no shit". The doctor gave him a tablet.The next day the secretary returned & said,"Doctor, Doctor! Big Boss no shit". The doctor gave him a box of tablets. The next day the secretary came back & told the doctor, "Doctor, Doctor! Big Boss no shit". The doctor gave him a whole carton full of tablets. The next day the secretary rushed into the hospital looking very distraught & said,"Doctor, Doctor! BIG SHIT NO BOSS!!"
