Open link in new window??

Postby Chrusher21 » Sep 8th, '07, 18:56

When I click a link, it opens in the same window. I find it very annoying that I have to press "Back" to get back to the forum. Is there a way to fix it?

Apparently the forum makers did this change because it's the way things 'should be done',
but for now at least you can:

* midde click (on IE7 and Firefox) to open in a new tab
* right click and select open in new tab (IE7 and Firefox)
* right click and select open in new window

I'll have this corrected soon

That middle click option is a cool one to know and something i'll try to get used to for the timebeing. It's stupid for them idiots to decide for everyone that it's better this way, fucks sake they should make it an option at least for forum administrators to decide whether to change it or not. This new forum was created months ago and I still click a link normally and can't get used to right-clicking it, 'cos on most other forums or websites you don't have to.

I agree with you!
Hovever, I wasn´t a member here before the new forum was made! But as you say, on other websites and forum you dont need to right click. Hovever, "TRshady" will have this corrected soon!
