cant upload avatar

why cant i upload a pic to my avatar? i went to the help thing and searched the forums and i still cant do anything plz help me out with any tips :b:

1.Go to user control panel
2.Select Profile
3.Edit avatar
4.either upload an image from hardrive or give a link off a site

dunno,never had this problem

cant figure out what could be wrong with it , try another image
