Are you using AOL?
It seems that is the only browser having problems with phpbb forums, can only recommend using firefox as your browser. Give me more details and I'll do my best to help.

yeh i had dat problem cos my firewall woz blockin da cookies or summit. make sure ur firewall isnt doin the same fing. i turned my firewall onto blocking only 3rd party and its fine now
