They show the people visited. Apparently, It's down 31%.

Don't trust Alexa rankings, I've noticed them to be real unreliable (the company I work for has seen a 200% rise in traffic since May this year, Alexa reports it's traffic as down 20% ...). Plus it's affected by those who have the alexa toolbar, which is a small percentage of net users ...
