yahoo won't let me

Okay, my uncle gave me a computer with slow ass internet on it but it's better than nothing. Anyway, I go to yahoo, click on chat and everytime I log in it will repeatedly tell me for personal information and i have to retype my password. It will keep on doing this and it won't let me log into chat. What the heck should I do?

or get a different messenger(msn, aim, ect..)

okay i tried a different route. Okay but now when i try to load a chat room, regional, united states, then detroit, it says chat 2.0 won't load like normal or something. How can i get in the damn room?
