burn videos to dvd+rw

i gots an mpg file and i can burn it to the dvd but the problem is it won't play on the dvd player (i tried it on 2) it works perfectly fine when i instert it into a comp though

Yeah offcourse. You need 2 things.
1) Nero 6 or 7.

2) Win Avi DVD Converter.

When u installed it, open it. Now click on the right button ''DVD''.
A windows opens up, select your MPEG File, press Ok.
Select your place to put the DVD files and press : Convert.
This take a time (A movie 1 hour). The times comes up.
When it's done there must be a message (Al taskst have been completed).
Close the app (Winavi Video Converter). Open up Nero.
Select DVD and now there are different types DVD (DVD Rom, DVD UDF, DVD Iso, Select : DVD Movie). Add the files that you converted.
There are probable a few files. Select them and Burn it.
The important : Select DVD Movie otherwise your DVD player won't play it.

dont bother, if you really want
music dvds, buy them, you will
only cause problems with all this
i know all there is to know about
this and you like most others
no doubt have all diffrent files
mpg, mpeg, avi, m2v, vob etc
this means that whilst trying to
make them on 1 dvd, it will most
likely fail and some might go out
of sync, some may not play, some
may not have picture n shit
maybe you might get lucky though

if you wanna try it then atleast make
then all the same format, ie; avi

once that is done you need to convert
to vob files which is dvd files

then burn with nero

I know that, it's true ^^. About a month ago I quit burning, al that work to convert. But than i find this app : Winavi and it does al the converting for you.
Every DVD is good, I made already +50 DVD's i gues. Al good.
There are settings for the soun,d the size, the quality. Really good app.

what i did was use nero dvd burner or w.e it's called and i burned them to the dvd as mpg....so what you're saying is i have to convert it to a dvd file first then burn?


@anonymous i'm not trying to make music dvd's i'm just burning movies cause watching it on the comp is a pain
