how to a split a file into parts? like a 800mb file into 8x 100mb files?

well why would you is obvious

so you could upload large files to sites where you are only aloud to upload small files (if you get me lol)

so you could fit stuff on a cd (800MB would not fit on a cd) so you would split

and more

you can split with a lot of compression programs like winRAR but (i think but i'm very sure)
