coz my computer is really slow
i tried various anti virus programmes.
as well as anti adware , spyware programs

im lost
...

What's your specs bro?
And what do you use your pc for?

Can't help you much without knowing.
I know you know more then the average bear about computers so you would know
to go easy on the software. I've got a Core 2 Duo, 4GB DDR2, 600GB HDD etc pc
yet have no security software but AVG running, just need to know what your doing.

i had a high CPU problem before. but i just restarted the computer, closing wutever was using up the CPU.

dunno if its the same for u but its an option

its IDM... theres a virus in it....

Next time you get high cpu usage, simply open task manager and sort processes by CPU OR Memory usage.
Then do a search on the filename, unless you know what it already is.

I suggest u do this man, go to castlecops.com search for hijackthis and then post the log in there forum, that really helps
