.gif avatar help

So I made my own .gif and resized it 2 a reasonable avatar size for this forum. Everything is al rite except the size in KB. There's a limit which I forgot wot it was. I think it was 100 KB but mine is more. how can I make it less wivout makin the avatar tiny coz i've seen sum of oder members which look like they'd b more than mine.

I'll try that. I might have converted it with High Quality on my Total Video Converter but I think I might have to do more than that.

It's very very very short. I cut a part out of a video clip and it must of been like 2 or 3 seconds.
