A Little Help Please

i'm not sure where to put this topic but i just needed some help. everytime i shutdown my laptop i get a little pop-up thing that says something like "SOAPON~1.exe cannot be done" or something like that. i did a search on my computer looking for a file named SOAPON~1.exe and i found it. so i was wondering if anyone knows what it is and if i need it or if i can just delete it. any help would be appreciated.
