Does Anyone Know...

does anyone know what is needed exactly to use the Cover Flow option on iTunes? because on someones computer it says something like "iTunes cannot do Cover Flow on this computer" or something like that whenever you choose it. anyone know how i can use Cover Flow on that particular computer? any help would be appreciated.
