this keeps popping up and in order to get rid of it i have to use system restore

is there a way to get rid of it permanetly

ps. i don't have the disk :'(

personally i would do a system restore(Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore) and restore it back 3 weeks but thats just me. ill try to see if i can find anything else.

i think i know the problem. its the VBS.LOVELETTER Worm Virus(probably) heres some info(http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;282832) and see if thats the problem. if it is then run virus/adware/spyware programs and get rid of it. if not then tell me and ill see what else i can find

i cant find any spyware or anything but if your still having problems with msn i may have found your problem but idk it says

appearantly its missing a dll which MAY be causing it to freeze but im not totally sure. ill keep looking and tell u if i see anything
