you know how on some webcams, you don't get a steady flow of video, but a buncha still images that change every 5 seconds?

is that the webcams fault or is it because the connection on the computer the person using is too slow?

Yeah that happens to me but is it the connection cause my cam has done that many times and I got angry and pretty much broke it. Still works though but a bit weird.
