Earlier today I was bored and thought it would be fun to install Vista and dual boot it with XP. I made a second partition for my hardrive and installed it from my sisters disc. About halfway through the installation my computer shut down and when I tried to turn it on it said "disk read error".

After a good while of messing around in the bios and changing the boot priority settings I managed to get to the point were I could re-install Vista from the disc. So now I'm on Vista and I've lost all the data from my old computer. All my music, Photos, programs, games....

I want to eat a baby.

oh and 30 days from now I guess it's gonna shut down..so if anyone can find a key for it.

Not sure. It's a disc that came with my sisters EMachines computer. I try to register it and it says the code isn't right.

Not sure if it will stop working or just bitch at me.

Hopefully windows seven will be stable for me by then.
