I know a lil thing to large a Pic. With Photoshop.
Large it, But it get's bad than wel..

Duplicate your Orginal Layer, go to Filet -> Blur - > Gaussiun Blur.
Put it on 3.5 Pixels. Now put that blend mode to ''Overlay'' and play with the opacity.
