aight last one. ill leave u with this. this is something taken from the CD jacket of "2Pac Loyal To The Game" it is from 2pacs mother to eminem for helping with the project in the credits. written without any rhyme i tried to arranged the lines to rhyme. i didnt change or even move a word.
This is the ninth album we have released since my son left us I
have worked, struggled and called on many people who my son loved while
he was here, and on the many who loved him back but In these last eight
years, I have had too many people to count, come to me and say that they
are tupacs brothers, sisters comrades, soldiers, and friends. Many have said that
without tupac they would not have made it through their hardships would not have
made it to the other side where personal success was awaiting them
They vow that they are “here for me” and “here for tupac” or for whatever I may need,Yet
in the same conversation, they ask if I have one hundred and fifty thousand
to send their way, or if there is an unreleased tupac verse for the single on their next album
Not until now has anyone approached me to give everything
they have, and to give it with such integrity
I have built and now stand strong on a foundation of individuals I believe
were brought to me by tupacs so that I am able to receive
the gift of generosity given to me by a young man who not only asked for nothing in return
for his services, but refused to accept anything I offered. This is the spirit I want my sons work
created in. this is the spirit that we all need to search our souls for to give to
each other, unconditionally without personal agenda for no reason but that it’s the right thing to
do I believe this young man has given his spirit to tupacs project because of
what tupacs spirit gave to him and to all of us
young, old, male, female, black, white and brown. take example of
what tupac gave us, take example of what this young man who never had the
opportunity to meet tupac gave to this project. Take example of the people who worked on this and all of
tupacs projects before, who knew my son, gave with every ounce of strength and love
they have in them and who work through constant remainder of their own loss to stay
loyal to their goal…I suggest you stay loyal to your dreams, stay loyal to the struggle tupacs died for to make
this worlds a better and safer place for our children to grow in
I thank you all for the support you give my son though everything
I must personally thank Marshall Mathers for stepping up to the plate and in tupacs words
I thank him for staying loyal to the game. Peace, love and respect, Afeni Shakur
powerful words so i felt like passing them on in this way
