Good message/concept but content was sub par. I think better multies would have made it a lot better. Like "new born kid" and "toothpick" barely rhyme unless you have like an accent of some kind .Also changing up the diction as kind of off for me. Like you have a word like "oblivious" in there and then you have "nitty twit". You know? The inner rhymes were good too; making this piece better than it was at the beginning. Maybe try to equal out how good a piece is, like the beginning of this piece was "Meh" but the end was better. Keep it up.
