Miley Cyrus likes to party in the U.S.A., but does she like to rock around the Christmas Tree?
One Jacksonville mom seems to think the teen star's Christmas message is a little less wholesome, and she claims she has the doll to prove it.
When Brandy Westberry bought 3-year-old daughter Kelzea a Hannah Montana singing Christmas doll, she assumed it was harmless until the precocious toddler started dropping F-bombs.
"I said, 'Where did you learn that', and she said 'the baby'," Westberry told WTLV
Cyrus will be in town tonight performing in her first solo concert at the American Airlines Arena, but she's not expected to drop any F-bombs on stage.
Westberry claims the doll, which sings the Christmas classic, has a potty mouth and it's rubbed off on her daughter.
"I think it's supposed to actually be some "rockin' fun," said Westberry. "But it don't come out saying "rockin' fun."
Actually, the lyrics are supposed to be: "...later we'll have some pumpkin pie and we'll do some caroling." At issue is the word "pumpkin," which Westberry, who's played the doll over and over, said sounds like "f---ing."
"There's no question, none at all, it's plainly clear," Westberry said. "How could they put this on the shelf?"
The doll, available throughout the country and on Websites like Amazon.com, has gotten mostly positive reviews.
Regardless of whether Hannah Montana's saying "pumpkin" or the F-word, Westberry took the batteries out of Kelzea's doll just to be safe.
