11/11/09 DMX In Trouble Again; Owes IRS 1.5 Million

DMX, or Earl Simmons as the government knows him, has had more of his problems expossed recently. The IRS filed a $442,869 lien against DMX and his wife on January 2nd in New York City then a $663,554 lien against DMX on September 10th of 2007 in Arizona. According to the liens, the rappper owes income taxes from 2002, 2003 and 2005. The state of New York even fileda $8,434 tax warrant against the couple in February of 07, another that was missed was for $44,357 back in 2006. All of this comes down to DMX owing over 1.5 million dollars to the IRS and he just turned down celebrity boxing which would have paid something, at least.
