Who is "white"

Europeans are just as white as white Americans. if a Scottish guy is being chased by the cops in the US they say "Caucasian male of Scottish decent" or whatever. Caucasian is white.

Yeah I would just say Caucasian, if you're a Caucasian you're white, I guess cause some people can be "white" or have white skin and be partially something else

where i am youths especially are judged by whatever music they listen to. i know its wired but if a white person listened to rap lets say he would be black. rock=white and so on
