Do u any of rember this law about how a layer can not disclose the confessions made to him by the person being prosecuted? Lets say there is a murdered on trial and he confeses to his layer clearly stating to him that he murdered the person, and yet they are fighting for his freedome, so called "justice". Am i the only one who sees a wrong in that. Im sure this prolly has happened quote a lot of times, especially in cases were rich people can get themselves a great layer. It just gives me the shivers wen im thinking about it.
I think that if the person is actually not guilty and is stating the truth then he has nuthing to fear of of, he should be able to tell his story as it was, and his layer must actually share his view on the situation, coz other wise he isnt fighting for justice, but infact is protecting injustice.
