I had a dream that America got attacked. Nuclear bomb's were dropped on the coast's of America and only those in central America survived. All of California was pretty much gone and the entire east coast from main all the way down to florida as well. So that's what led me to start this topic

What's your take on nuclear war? Do you think it could happen to America or the country you live in? and what would you do if your country was attacked in such a manner? When you really think about it, it's a scary thought.

a full-on nuclear war would be the end of mankind. I think I heard that if Seven nukes were set off in different parts of the world that the nuclear fallout would cloud the earth into an ice age

first i would like to say is that thank god i live in the middle of the USA. minnesota.....hahaha....second nucular weapons are pointless. once one country fires at one country its gunna cause a chain reaction of all nucular weapons going off at once. thats why its good to have a missle defence system.

Yea I'm not saying its not a big topic, but its not at large at this points with Bin Laden (Not counting the presidential election). Anything can happen and all we can do is sit and watch it happen

I agree I mean if it does happen there's really nothing we can do to stop it. But I really don't wanna go out that way. I'm so sick of the war too. I mean I'm for the war on terrorism but I'm against the war on oil. The American government just keep's digging out grave's.

yee but..i dont think so.. cuz nuclear war will destroy everythink.. if iran or north korea will use nuclear bomb, and attack fo exmpl america, America, will attack them by nuclear bomb.. later russia etc.. so... everythink will be destroyed, we will live like troglodytes.. and people will have to start again 'from zero'

if they dropped a nuclear bomb, there would be nothing to start from. thousands of people would die in the explosion, and the rest would be dying for years from the radiation sickness. when Americans dropped bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki - it was just a beginning of the nuclear science. it's much more dangerous right now and using it would destroy MORE than in the WWII.

as for me, it'd be the worst thing ever. for me nuclear weapon is something we should be scared of, because of it's outreach, potency and consequences of using it.

luckily for the US, we have the technology to detonate an incoming nuke while it's in the outer edges so there is farrrr less nuclear fallout and no direct damage to the earth.
