What do you think happens when you die?

Not sure what happens,none of us know.Sometimes i pray to God when things go bad.Then i watch a documentary on discovery about how the universe or Earth were made(love to watch those) and i think,no way there's someone that powerfull outhere to control the universe.On the other hand we do have a soul and for some reason we talk and think more then any other creature on Earth.Where does that come from?And yes i do believe that we are not alone in the unviverse.No way that from millions of stars and planets Earth is the only one that has life on it

But whichever is the truth,as gutawafang said i don't wanna go to hell,so i guess i do believe in God,Heaven and Hell.But i don't exclude the option of nothing happening after we die.The more i think about it the more confused i am :coffee:

When we die, nothing happens. All this Heaven/Hell stuff is to force people to religion. Religion is moral confinment to the social norm in mainstream culture but that don't make it right. I could start my own faith and get a 1000 followers, that would make it a accepted religion, and i could say do all the sickest shit imaginable and you'll go to heaven and idiots believe it. That's religion in a nutshell.

But I ain't mean to get religious on this shit, we all die and turn to worm shit

I believe in Heaven and Hell, but not as complicated as Guta lol. If you are a well meaning person who is sorry for their sons, and you love God you get to heaven. And I think no matter how bad your life is, God will give you a chance when being judged to ask for forgiveness.

As a Catholic it is a legitimate belief to believe that Hell is empty, and I'm gonna stick to that :smoking:

I hate atheists not because they don't believe in god but because they think they are know it alls they think that every religious person in the world is a delusional mind washed follower. It is actually quite common for people to challenge their parent's belief and not believe in god so how are we following the norm?

You know, I often go through phases where I become really critical of my faith, and I spend days reading up on islam and christianity and even judaism. I wonder if maybe humankind has really messed up in interpreting what God's religion is meant to be and I wonder if God really wants us to be so uptight about religion. But when it comes to questioning if God actually exists, I can never not believe. And, there's not really any non-emotional way to prove his existence, I suppose, because that's what I have always believed religion was about, nurturing your emotional and spiritual side. I just know that life is really unfair, and if there's still hope for things to balance out in the afterlife, then I can live life feeling a little less depressed about all of terrible things occuring in the world.

I was once reading another forum about physics and came across a post. This person says we die and come back to whom we choose. We got a few lifes before we can go to heaven and become an angel... The question is why the fuck did i not choose megan foxs life ?...

I dont really know, all i know is there is a greater power out there .
