hell no!!
You cannot think that living on wheelchair is end of everything. I know it's must be hard for someone to change his life, but you still have your friends and family. And if you were ill [i.e. cancer or leukemia] and got cured it's great satisfaction - it's fantastic when you can do everything you've done before again.. In my opinion life is still worth living, no matter if you're disable or not.

do you know ppl who are in that position of eternall pain and very slim chances i guess you would talk different when you're in their position.

And there's not always a chance... certain illnesses are terminal (if that's the word) like certain cancers, dementia...

what's the point of going on when there is nowhere to go to...

bhhbut u h<ave to see beeing depresst u have nowhere to go in live no guidline ( ok with me it was the folt of that and a girl ) no how should i say this its like just beeeing empty. and just beeeing there. no need for one lik i sed i nearly killed my self cos of a girl the only girl i realy realy loved ditched me and don't you laugh at me because of that
so in the end its like beeing ultimatly sad and it dosent stop 1 noing no way to get out of it and beeeing aimless
and right now i am deprsst so don't u to bitch at me my school kollegues are enaugh :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

Ok, it's ur point, I've never been in their position, but I knew boy with brain cancer.. He died, but he and his mom were fighting to the last moments.. Shit, I've seen kids with Hydranencephaly and other diseases and their mothers didn't even wanted to think about letting them die. I know it's hard for the whole family and especially for the ill person, but you cannot just give up everything..
In my opinion euthanasy may be a solution, but it's very personal problem - and I don't know how would I react in such situation. But now I'm more against I think.. Everyone has their right to life..

i respect you opinion but the example of that boy and other children, i ain't talking that much about children i'm mainly thinking about older ppl who had a life. I dno about children it's like too difficult to make a choice about that...

everyone has their right to life... true but i also feel like in some cases ppl have to a right to end it.

Well, I was talking in general.. But um.. older ppl - that's kinda different example I think.. Maybe in some cases it might be better for them, but it's always hard to let someone just die.. :'(

Definitely they shouldn't be encouraged to do it, cause it's pointless.. Omg, it ain't easy to discuss about such topic, cause it's mostly just theory.. I guess no one knows how he/she would behave in situation like that..
I think that if the person is still conscious and there's no hope and wants to end everything then.. um.. maybe that's the better way?.. Dunno.. Euthanasy seems to be big problem for me..

I have been in that situation and i was going to do suicide. it was just about all i thought about 4 about a year and a half but after having councelling i haven't concidered it in eight months and counting.

So when ur in dat situation, like when everything goes bad, it seems like the only way out. I now don't think it's a good thing specially 4 the friends (they r usually the only ones keeping the person there).

But if they know that their life is gonna be over soon and they gonna die slowly and painfully with something like cancer or some desease then I don't blame them for wanting to put all that pain away and just end their life there

but sucide is like when your dieing slowly fgrom the inside it's a kinda slow death in your hhart and belive me it aint just so easy about the depression that you just give up i only started tinkng about it after 9yr. of depression and sometimes i sstill wish i would have done it

If u really do consider killing urself, u do it.

The people that "dont manage" to do it, are those that are in need of attention.

I think every person thinks about it at least once in his life, sum might even stand on the edge of a building feeling sorry for themselves.

I have a friend that juped from a nineth floor of a building, just because he crashed his dads car(he was 15) and he didnt even stop to think.

Suicidal ppl are people that dont have the strength of will to fix something and try to do better, they just give up, theres definately no way a person could be respected after death the same way that if he died trying.

Of u dont kill urself in the end it means it wasnt bad enough.

IF life is really so hard, ull just shoot without budging.

But if u kill urself because u feel sorry for urself that makes u a looser.

ive never understood suicide laws. if someone wanted to kill themselve bad enough they could just do it, and you cant punish them cuz their dead.

it's a bad thing.okay, some people have nobody to talk with, but there are lines where you can phone too and talk about your problems.i think, some are doing it for fun or the kick that they get of it or to get attention, but then on the wrong way.most of the suicedes are failing, just because the people say no when they gonna do.and the ones that works out, i think they are under influence or so, because a normal person don't do that.and people that saying that they gonna do suicede, they don't do it, it's the people that nothing saying about it, they are doing it.some times, when i read the newspaper and then i see that a father or mother takes there kids with them, and i ask always to myself, why the kids?
