It's not a pointless argument and I don't think it will be an endless debate. The internet is a major factor giving religion less places to 'hide behind'.

And people are going to be convinced, lol. Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what class said, he was borderline a Christian or at least brought up in a Christian home.

And even if Le Tunisian stays strong, doesn't budge, keeps denying and stays deluded. Other members, who are not as extreme or as close minded, will read this debate or many other debates on youtube etc. and will see that there isn't any good reasons to believe in a god.

I even think someone like Menzo will eventually come round. When he's ready is fine by me.

Yepp. I was raised Catholic and took 8 years of Sunday school classes so that I could get confirmed so I pretty much know everything about the religion from a Catholic standpoint. I used to be really into it too

If someone is unbiased and open-minded, I don't see why this situation is so implausible. (I suppose the majority of religious people partaking in these debates are not these characteristics, so you may have a point).

I've changed many of my views through debate. It's about coming to the most rational decision.

But again, you didn't really break down what I actually said.
