Could WW2 been prevented?

I know they did. It's just that's one hell of a horrible way of killing but looking at it from another sort of point of view, if they hadn't done that then probably the Americans would of had to invade Japan just like Normandy and the number of deaths could of been worse.

I agree that an atomic bombing Japan ended the war with a lot less casualties, but at the same time, I think that one would have been enough. The second bombing was a completely unnecessary. Japan was about to surrender.

But they took 3 days not to surrender or something like that and I guess Americans were impatient. Actually I don't think the Japanese were about to surrender.

Well the Japs also tried to invade Australia not to mention those camps they made with captured Australians in it. Gotta thank our Allies otherwise we would of got fucked, but our Allies should thank us too, we had a marshal in the world war, commanding huge numbers of divisions against Germany. Australian soldiers were the most ruthless mofos in the war, while Britain and the others were marching, our soldiers would sit down, and crack a few jokes bout the British.

But for real though, Hitler lost the second war because of the following:

* The British learned how to make the exact same Airplanes that the Germans made in the first world war, and that was Germany's biggest strength, so it fucked em up.

* The British stopped all there companies, everything, and focused ONLY on the artillery and airplanes, while Hitler allowed his country to run as if it was running before, fully normal, every company was open and such. Instead of doing the same as British, he did the opposite, so when World War II came, everyone was expecting Germany to have incredible artillery power. And they were disappointed in Germany, so basically the British out shined Germany with there weapons. That was the biggest reason why Germany lost so vulnerably.

* German army traveling from Germany to Russia in winter with no proper Winter gear, DESTROYED them. By the time they got to Russia most of there soldiers died from the cold, and Russia was so determined that they will crush Germany, that when Germany reached there destination, they were surrounded. The rest of the German army had to surrender.

So that's mainly why they lost, but like someone mentioned, World War II was waiting to happen eventually. The Treaty of Versailles that was made by the top powers of Europe to prevent the second World War, was fucking ridiculous. They gave Germany 2 options, either give us around £11.3 billion which is 23 Billion dollars, and enlisted men will be retained for at least 12 years, officers to be retained for at least 25 years. Or continue second World War, basically a suicidal decision. I can't see any country in the world obeying that treaty seriously wtf -_-.

To stick to your main question:

I think WW2 could have been prevented if the financial crisis in the 1930's after the exchange crash of 1929 was prevented. That could have been done by governments tempering the economic growth in the 1920's. That was nessecary to not let people buy things they couldnt pay for and invest in things that didnt exist. (very simular to the situation nowadays). Eventually, the whole economy was one big bubble that bursted on the 24th of october 1929. If anyone has seen this coming and did something to prevent this there would have been no WW2. The crisis in the economy helped Hitler taking the lead in Germany. He promised people who had nothing left after losing their jobs money, cars, food, a job(in the military) etc etc. This made people vote for him.

Conclusion: If there had been no economic crisis Hitler never would have gotten as much power he eventually got to do what he have done. So yes, WW2 could have been prevented by tempering the huge economic growth in the 1920's.
