In Arabic culture, it's perfectly acceptable. So a relationship like that with your cousin is ok, you can marry your cousin, etc. Not everyone does it, but a decent amount do. It's not frowned upon, but it's generally encouraged that people marry/have relationships with either more distant relatives or non relatives. So if my cousin was attractive enough, maybe.
