I guess if everyone thought as logical as you, then the existence, or belief of His existence would have been disproved YEARS ago, damn homie. There's a bit more evidence to support God's existence than that of Batman or Santa - like fulfilled prophecies and scriptures having been found hundreds of years after the Bible came out.

Firstly, yes you can compare god to... Santa. Why can't you. Just because the belief of god entails a more wishful fulfillment for YOU... Means nothing. It's still equally ridiculous, actually, more ridiculous and also has zero proof.
You then say 'like God' 'who has been' - There's two things wrong there. To start, which god? There have been thousands of gods created and discarded throughout the thousands of years we've invented them. I assume you no longer believe in Zues? So which god, the god of The Bible for you I assume? The Bible... Which version of The Bible may I ask... Perhaps the King James version. This book of junk has been re-written so many times it's not even worth mentioning. It's also been translated, badly.
Second thing wrong with that, you say "who has been involved" - No, there is no evidence of that. A more appropriate statement would be "who has been in people's heads". You can't definitely say something has been involved when we have no evidence of it even being here. So yes, is that simple.
As for fulfilled prophecies - There have been no recorded and proven miracles EVER. Get that, not one, in history. Not a single one. Any 'fulfilled prophecy' has come from yet more secondary accounts and myths that have been passed on and exaggerated, like the book of babble these things stem from - The Bible. Don't be thinking I'm just 'picking on Christians' as you've stated people do before though as all religions are equally stupid and destructive. I just so happen to be of brought up around that faith so it's the easiest point of reference.
You then say "scriptures being found hundreds of years after The Bible 'coming out'". What scriptures. Nobody knows when the The Bible was written and nobody knows who by. The authors of the books go by first name bases and aside from those, everything in it has been re-written time after time at random points in history by anonymous authors.
Finally, you say the existence OR belief of his existence would of been disproven by now. This makes no sense. Firstly, the existence of god has been as 'disproven' as it possibly could be. You can't technically disprove it but that's just because the claim itself is so huge and absurd. We can't disprove that there's a flying teapot orbiting space either but that doesn't mean it's likely or that we've just yet to prove it. It's as unlikely a claim as we could think up. As is god. The fact there has never been any proof FOR god, disproves it as much as we need to for now. It's up to YOU and those who make the claim to prove there is a god, not people who doubt you to prove you wrong.
"Hey dave I can fly"
"Really? Prove it?"
"Prove that I can't"
This argument is desperate and ridiculous. It doesn't work. As for disproving the belief in god... Lmao I don't know what you mean by that. The belief in god is clearly real... I don't know your point with that though. Are you trying to say because people believes in him that makes it more likely or real. Yes the belief is real but no the claim is not. People believe in god because they want to survive death and go see loved ones. Half of them... Actually, about 80% of them don't even know the disgusting, perverted nonsense written in their own 'holy books' they just pretend to accept it so they can 'go to heaven'.
You can guarantee that if belief in god offered no get out of jail free card at the end of it, all religions would lose about 99% of their members instantly, probably yourself included. We've believed hundreds of things throughout history that we've later discarded as babble only to then study as proof of our inherent idiocy and primate nature. Belief in god is one of those things, for most scholars, academics and people looking into our past anyway.
But of course many wishful people still want it to be true. Why you'd want a petty, egocentric, jealous, violent dictator watching you 24/7, punishing you for merely thinking things only to then judge you for all eternity I have no idea. Of course you don't take this into consideration though you simply accept this yokish "god is love" absurdity spew out by every middle-American trucker with a flag-woven cowboy hat. You just want to survive death.
Well good luck with that, unfortunately you won't but if you honestly get solace and hope out of such bronze-age, twisted untruth... I feel sorry for you. Humans have believed and tossed away hundreds if not thousands of gods throughout history, some of us just go one god less.

No we don't have any proof that a real man named Jesus existed. When scholars have used typical historical techniques used to try and determine the validity of a real historical figure, Jesus = Myth.
Reason Jesus is different to Napoleon or other accepted figures is due to cross-references, eye-witness accounts and real-life events that we can attribute. The only 'proof' of Jesus is secondary accounts from The Bible which has been re-written and translated hundreds of times throughout history by anonymous authors. Hardly reliable now isit.
No known author, philosopher, writer, politician or anybody from that time mentions Jesus. There's not one single confirmed document other than The Bible which mentions Jesus Christ and his impossible miracles. He was THAT influential yet nobody mentions him... Once? Speaks volumes. Not that proof of Jesus would mean proof of god anyway. I mean that would just be proof that there was a man named Jesus... That's it. But if we're getting technical, we don't even have that.
There is however great evidence to suggest Jesus was nothing more than one of hundreds of Pagan 'Sun gods' created around that time. Pagans used to invent human carnations of gods to represent the Sun, literally. They needed the Sun to live, to grow crops, to eat... So they saw the Sun as their saviour. They quite literally worshiped it. They loved and needed light. So when the Sun used to go down in the evening as is nature, mythology would dictate that their hero (the Sun) was going DOWN (hell) to fight the darkness (night, evil, the devil). And when the Sun would rise again, in the morning, they would say the Sun has come to save mankind. The SUN has risen to save mankind. And every night the Sun would fight the Darkness, hence Day vs. Night, Light vs. Darkness, Good vs. Evil, God vs. Devil. This isn't speculation by the way, we know this, it's all traceable and documented.
Jesus, shared identical traits with tons of other Pagan Sun gods (also the reason early Jesus imagery has SUN rays out of his head) but most namely, Horus. Horus is a known Pagan Sun god which is almost identical to Jesus in every sense other than imagery (Westerners re-shaped Horus' imagery to fit their culture - White man, blue eyes etc.). For example, Horus was born of a Virgin, visited by three Kings who brought him gifts etc. etc. This is true not just of Horus but of nearly every Sun god created and passed on throughout the World in those times. It's all connected to Egyptian mythology, we can even explain perfectly why Jesus, Horus, whoever - Is crucified for three days then rises again.
So all of this, we know. It also all makes perfect sense. So you have to now ask yourself two questions as you only have two options. Do you think it's more likely that Jesus was just another Pagan Sun god created by lowly civilizations to link a point of worship and explanation, as is apparent with hundreds of others. OR do you think it's more likely that there really was a man named Jesus who was one of the most influential figures of his time, not mentioned by anybody other than anonymous authors of a single book, who traveled and performed undocumented miracles and was the sun of an unproven god.
I know which one I plump for. Quite fascinating when you know the history of the myths but very scary when you consider wars are still being faught and people still dedicating their lives to this Pagan nonsense.
