the judge, he himself with a past of charges in the nature of achohol and cocain, gave the 46 year old man probation stating "he has a desease just as i have a desease"....
so as of now, 2 inocent little boys are going to have to deal with this discuting tradgedy for the rest of there life, and are going to be tramatized.... they have years of pain and anguish ahead of them... and the 46 year old bastard that did this is resting comfortably in his own home on house arrest
the judge (name with held... acctually they said it.... but i forget... so im just gonna say it was with held) is faceing impeachment and removed from his bench... there are talks of starting paticians..... i seriously find this to be discusting and a terriable lack of justice
I actually relate to this, except with a female's point of view. I had a guy molest me, and walked away with a slap on the wrist. All he recieved was a warning, a fucking warning to not attempt his actions again. Once you start, you can't stop. Sick mother fuckers should be locked away if the evidence stands agaisnt them. Let them recieve the same punishment their victims recieved. Let a couple of guys serving life sentences have their way with him for a while, then he'll know exactly how his victims feel. Burn in hell motherfuckers.
