There's no sense in keepin' someone who have very little or no chance of recoverin' alive. He/she will suffer more before die, waste money and space on hospital. So, if he/she accept (most of 'em will prefer death before a vegetative life for a long time), there's nothing avoidin' the Euthanasia.
