I'm gonne go with Nixon. He's an evil person. Bush jr. was probably a worse president, but he's jus stupid...

I didn't vote at all, but to call people idiots for considering a president like Bush "the worst" is idiotic indeed. The Patriot Act and torture allegations alone put him in the running for that.

If you mean English, then yes. But many people here are foreigners who I'm sure are proficient in their native language. Obviously, this particular thread is more for native speakers of the English language.
