Welcome to reality....it's a disgrace....but what are we doing to change it? Nothing..if people are achieving a status or results from using something..they aren't going to change...or stop...abusing animals is horrible...now..some of the things mentioned we need...like people eat chicken and cows..and sure..they go out in a painful way..but don't some people do too...numerous people are murdered, beaten, and tortured everyday without having a say...so are animals..people and animals are killed..but if the people live...they can voice or shout out...they can run to the cops..they can get payback and put the person who harmed them behind bars...is the sentence that person recieved just??...well...it depends on the court systems and the government..however..animals can't fight back..sure they have teeth and claws..and they have power..but none of their power compares to a 12 gauge shotgun aimed between both their eyes...imagine you walking...and someone putting a gun for the hell of it to your head..we're use to it..we hear about it everyday in the world that we've created and live in..but for an animal..they've never seen that before..they've never heard of that before...imagine...a little deer...walking over to a little pond...bending it's head down to the water..taking some small sips of that tasteful liquid...here's a sound cock..looks up...here's a bang..sees everything go fuzzy and it's scared...it's tale is tight agaisnt its bottom..and bam...it's dead..or dying...there's no other way to describe this..welcome to the WORLD..in which we live...

I went to a slaughter house on Monday for a days work experience (I want to be a vet - dont ask) and I saw the animals alive, being killed, and being turned into meat. It was cows, and I was horrified at they way they were given a electrical bolt to the head and then hung up to bleed to death. I saw their legs being cut, heads being chopped off, being gutted and having all the fat ripped of them. It was awful, what was even worse was that as the men were doing it they were laughing and joking, one even made me hold the tongue of a cow that was killed seconds before - and it was still moving! It was enough to put me off eating meat for life.

I know that killing animals/abusing animals is horrible and i totally disagree with it. ut if we dont do that then how will we know wut to use. also i am totally against abusing animals. everytime i see a cat/dog/any of tha animal being hit...i alwayz try to stop it i cannot stand it..

i no that meat comes from animals that are killed alive but i still eat it..i cant help myself

Its funny how people ares so gruesomed out about animals dieying but they can watch a mans head get cut of in a movie. And better yet, there are a millions of people diying from horrible deseases that we close our eyes upon- slike its not our problem. I say we should concentrate on human rights first, than save the hamsters from horrible painfull death.

for one thing... the government is to concerned about a pointless war that is suposedly to give the iraqies freedom... yet we r telling them wat kind of government they should have so really, its just trading one dictator for another if u ask me.... (we all know its over the oil neway )
and people arent gonna stop killing animals, simply becus its not a high priority for most americans. i know its sad... but its the discusting truth about the culture we are... and the people we've becum.
we've becum consumed with greed... and we've becum too comfortable with the world we've created, so no one really does nething to change it.
i mean ya.... sum ppl make an effort... but unless everyone, or at leaste a vast majority of americans make an effort to change the way things r... im affraid that nuthins gonna change... and we're just gonna get so used to it.. u know, it'll just becum daily life (and in a sence, it already has)... and everyone will just be too comfortable with it that itll never change.

i know its awful... but thats life. and im sorry... but thats the way it is, and has always been. i wish it was different... but its not

i didn't see the video cause i don't want to be disgusted right now, but most people don't care about the animals they kill. They kill animals for their own benefit. I should know cause i have relatives in china and they actually eat dogs like it's beef. I asked my mom why she would actually eat it and she was like "cause it's good". she didn't even care about the poor little doggie

Ive come to the realization that animals are basically refrigerators. They keep the meat fresh till we want to eat it.
