You seem fairly intelligent. This was a good post however I don't know how much the Hippie portion applies to current day America. Maybe 40-50 years ago, but modern day hippies aren't the drug addled cretins that they once were. They are mostly fairly educated people who have taken up a cause for the most ridiculous things.

Great post. First third of it is spot on. I have a feeling not many Americans are aware of what's going on outside their country, let alone inside of it. Unfortunately,the American stereotypes exist for certain reasons, and the reasons are pretty valid/apply to the majority of US citizens. People need to expand their world view and stop being forced fed by the media. I feel the food people eat plays a big part too, but I'll stay away from that for now.

The 2nd third of this is pretty accurate too. I don't think "making-love" requires slow sex, but I guess it depends on the people involved and a lot of personal factors. I'll keep it at that.

The 3rd third is also very accurate. I know a girl (a fairly attractive one at that too) who can fit the hippie description, or at least did last time I saw her. I mean, it's one thing to do drugs and it's cool to want to live "naturally", but at least wear deodorant or something. And manage your body hair while you're at it too. There's no need for there to be a fucking jungle under your arms. That's not attractive. I'm afraid to think what's below your waist, in fact, it's probably better I don't know. If you don't want to shave completely, fine, but at least shorten it so your body odor isn't so strong. A shower would be beneficial too, though some shower daily and it still doesn't make a difference.
