To everyone else, thank you sooo much. I'm doing what everyone here said to do.


I just want to get better at bench, I think maybe it's my technique. But no ones told me to do it differently so idk. I just want to good in bench because major colleges look at that, especially for lineman. I'm already strong, I can do everything else, I just suck at bench.

he's a football player, he needs size and power. Pushups will give you tone and definition, but he needs size and power.

Push ups are a great work out I would suggest doing them, If you did 50 push ups a day it should help out your bench a little. But I would say if your having trouble doing bench try and take it down a notch to where you do it with ease and then keep going up and you should surpass the weight that you are at right now!
